Do I need a username and password to log in?

A username and password is required to log into the store. You may contact us or you may self register at the online store login screen. When self registering, please select a single word username (i.e., user or bobsmith) and remember to complete your profile once inside the store so that we may offer you the widest selection of templates available for your use.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you've changed your password and can't recall it, you may click on the link located on the login screen. This will ONLY work if you've entered your email address in your profile. Otherwise, you may send an email to us and we can reset your password for you.

Why am I getting an error in the Checkout Shipping Step?

This is likely due to not having selected the proper method for shipping your order. The method can not be left blank and in some cases the improper shipping selection will cause an error. For example, if you are placing an order for Jumbo Postcards where the mailing costs are included in the order, select the Mailed Postcard Only option. Please contact us for assistance with your order.

Why am I getting an error in the Checkout Payment Step?

If you are paying for your order with a credit card, be certain to enter the proper security code for your card. Your order can not be processed if this information is not entered, or is incorrect. Please contact us for assistance with your order.

Why did I lose the order I was working on?

The system only allows you to be inactive for up to 20 minutes, but then will automatically log you out of the store. If you feel you will be away from your open document for this long, please place your order into your shopping cart where it will be saved indefinitely. You may always log back in and make additional changes at your convenience.

Which browsers work best with your site?

For Windows users, we strongly suggest either Firefox or Mozilla browsers instead of Internet Explorer as IE doesn't render CSS pages as well. If using IE, upgrade to Version 7 for best results. Macintosh users may also use Firefox or Mozilla, although Apple's Safari browser works very well. Setting your browser to use a minimum font size of 6pt is also beneficial.

Why do the pages look "funny" on my screen?

Due to the extensive use of CSS in our site, the page content aligns more properly in a larger browser window. This often requires a screen size setting of 1024 by 768 pixels or higher. If possible, adjust your screen settings to this resolution and reload the page. CSS allows us to keep our page sizes smaller allowing for a faster load time for our visitors.

Why can't I open the files I've downloaded?

All of our downloads are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Windows users will most likely need to install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print these forms. Macintosh users can use either Acrobat Reader or the Preview application included with Mac OS X.
